thanksgiving...thanksgiving...

i caught a late flight the day before thanksgiving, also known as " black wednesday" to go home to houston and my, my, my...the airport was PACKED! the plane was packed as well (no surprise). it was nice to be home, however the first thing that greeted me was the 80' and the humidity (didn't miss that - and could have done without it).

thursday - thanksgiving morning, my friend and i wanted to keep our yearly ritual (this being our 2nd year) of helping out at the george r brown. last year, we herded traffic towards the food lines, this year we physically walked and held peoples trays as food was given. i am noticing each year it is getting better organized and efficient. it was great. hotter weather than last year(i remember last years snow flurries)...but glad we are keeping up this tradition. thanksgiving itself was great - got to catch up with my family.

celebrated brian's bday this weekend as well.
